The vessel is made of marine plywood and its simple construction makes it a fun and affordable race boat! The vessel is rigged as a Marconi sloop and uses a Penguin class sail.

Monk Sailboat – A sloop-rigged, 16’ classic wooden sailboat, the Monk Sailboat was designed by famed naval architect Ed Monk.
