Researchers develop fuel-efficient boats at WSU »
THE DAILY EVERGREEN, September 27, 2006 --- The Emerald City got a splash of WSU hydraulic ingenuity at the Lake Union Boats Afloat Show in Seattle earlier this month. The event, which lasted Sept. 13 to 17, showcased new boats with hydrofoils constructed by Konstantin Matveev, a WSU assistant professor of mechanical and materials engineering who arrived at WSU in the summer.
