It’s the Boat Show Dog Trials! A pawsitively fun & friendly festivity where dogs compete in a nautically-challenged agility-style event for great prizes and, of course, barking rights! Man’s best friend will dodge over dinghies, leap through life rings, run around oars and more in this exciting contest.

The Boat Show Dog Trials will take place at the 2006 Lake Union Boats Afloat Show. They will be held daily at 2:00 PM each day from Wednesday, September 13 thru Saturday, September 16. Two finalists from each day will advance to the Grand Finale on Sunday, September 17.

WANT YOUR DOG TO COMPETE?
Please fill out the entry form and submit your application no later than August 31, 2006. Space is limited! Competitive and/or boating experience is NOT required.

If your dog is selected to participate, we’ll notify you by phone no later than Friday, September 8. The proud owners of the dogs that are selected to participate will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the Lake Union Boats Afloat Boat Show and a $25 West Marine gift certificate. Other great prizes for daily & Top Dog Finals winners will be announced.

(The event will take place on the grass, so your dog will NOT be jumping into Lake Union)
